Return & Refund Policy

At Veratú, each piece is made with care and attention to detail. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases where the item arrives defective or is lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopveratu@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Please inspect your order upon reception and reach out immediately if there are any problems.

We are not responsible for damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper handling, or incorrect sizing selections.

Once a replacement or resolution is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions via email.

Please note:

  • Returns or refunds will only be processed for defective or lost items.

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or sale items.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at shopveratu@gmail.com so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier and arrange a solution.
