At Veratú, we take pride in carefully preparing and packaging every order to ensure you receive your pieces in perfect condition.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or factors outside of our control (such as weather or holidays).

Lost or Damaged Packages
